Total Body with Marco Ortolani at Albos
In the picturesque area in front of the infinity pool overlooking the sea and equipped with pleasant shade structures, Marco Ortolani offers his Total Body classes.

The method he uses is geared at obtaining positive results both in an aesthetic and functional way; his methods are the result of his long and well-known theoretical and practical experience in the field of physical activity.

The lesson opens with dynamic stretching integrated with elements of Power Yoga and general warm-up.

What follows is a workout based on aerobic strengthening exercises where Marco, in addition to referring to the typical technical fundamentals of aerobics, inserts elements of Cross-Fit, Aerokick, Hip-Hop and Break Dancing by mixing them wisely and with full respect of the technical disciplines of origin.

This not only leads to considerable calorie burning, but also to an improved efficiency of the circulatory and respiratory systems, motor coordination and sense of rhythm and proprioceptive abilities.

What follows is a careful muscle workout through free body exercises or the use of various class materials (handle bars, resistance bands, pilates exercise balls, ankle weights, etc.). This is also integrated with elements of gymnastics and everything takes place under the careful guidance of Marco to ensure maximum training effect with no contraindication.

At the end is a precious moment aimed at reacquiring physiological calm through active and passive stretching and neuromuscular relaxation techniques.

Entirely dedicated to this last topic, Marco also offers lessons by the sea in the beautiful surroundings of our well known Fregene sunsets.

On this occasion, as during all of his lessons, the music he personally selects and that is mixed live brings added value to his lessons.
